Greetings
In my healing sessions I believe that healing is a human right and I am deeply passionate about helping others. My mission is to evoke the powers of positivity, humor, and creativity in each of my sessions.
I work with people of all ages and from all walks of life in a virtual setting conducive to healing and learning. Serving individuals, couples, and families who are motivated to move along their paths. Let's work together towards a healthier you!
My approach tends to be eclectic, honoring the strengths and uniqueness of each client. I believe in utilizing a variety of models to help my clients engage in the counseling process according to your comfort level and personal beliefs. I use a reflective process to meet you where you are in whatever way you need.

The greatest change occurs without a spotlight while having fun. I believe in a creative approach that integrates healing outside my office to include the community such as exercise, bodywork, or mindfulness; your creativity and mine define the boundaries here.

We have to confront ourselves. Do we like what we see in the mirror? And, according to our light, according to our understanding, according to our courage, we will have to say yea or nay — and rise
